Welcome to Forever Begins, operated by GridWise Solutions ("we", "us", "our"). By accessing or using this website, browsing vendor listings, submitting a booking request, or registering as a vendor, you agree to these Terms & Conditions.
1. What We Are
Forever Begins is a wedding-services marketplace that connects couples with independent wedding vendors (venues, photographers, planners, caterers and other categories listed on the site). We are not the vendor of record for any listed service — every booking, package, price and deliverable is set directly by the individual vendor.
2. Vendor Listings
Vendors are responsible for the accuracy of their own profile information, packages, pricing, availability and media. We do not guarantee the accuracy, quality or availability of any vendor's services and encourage couples to confirm details directly with a vendor before finalizing a booking.
3. Bookings & Payments
Booking requests, deposits and final payments are arranged directly between the couple and the vendor unless a vendor's listing states otherwise. Forever Begins does not process, hold or guarantee vendor payments.
4. Account Responsibility
You are responsible for keeping your login credentials confidential and for all activity under your account, whether you are a couple or a registered vendor.
5. Acceptable Use
- Do not submit false, misleading or fraudulent listings, reviews or booking requests.
- Do not use the site to harass, spam or misrepresent yourself to another user.
- Do not attempt to disrupt, scrape or reverse-engineer the platform.
6. Limitation of Liability
Forever Begins is provided "as is." We are not liable for disputes, damages or losses arising from a vendor's services, cancellations, or the conduct of any user of the platform.
7. Changes to These Terms
We may update these Terms from time to time. Continued use of the site after an update constitutes acceptance of the revised Terms.
